As we monitor the weather forecast for this week, there is a strong chance of snow and ice impacting our area. To ensure student learning continues, we are preparing for Unscheduled Remote Learning Days as outlined by the Virginia Department of Education.
Here’s what you need to know:
High School students should check Google Classroom for their assignments and complete work as directed by their teachers.
Middle School, Elementary, and Primary students will receive learning packets to complete. If they have access to a device, they may also follow along with Google Classroom instructions.
Teachers will provide more guidance and will be available to assist students tomorrow.
Parents, please ensure your child is aware of these expectations and has the materials they need. More details will be shared by your child’s school tomorrow should we need them.
Thank you for your flexibility and support in keeping learning on track despite the weather. Stay safe and warm!
